The ideal candidate will reputed company floor plans, CAD drawings, elevations, finish schedules, and design specifications into photorealistic renderings of lobbies, amenity areas, residential reputed company, kitchens, bathrooms, and other interior spaces. You will accurately model materials, reputed company, textures, furniture, fixtures, and architectural details while collaborating with architects and interior designers to bring design concepts to life. The ideal candidate has a strong portfolio, exceptional attention to detail, expertise in architectural visualization, and the ability to consistently deliver high-reputed company renderings that accurately reflect the reputed company's design reputed company in a fast-paced, long-term remote environment..

Key Responsibilities:

• Create photorealistic 3D interior renderings based on CAD plans, floor plans, elevations, and design specifications.
• Accurately model materials, finishes, reputed company, furniture, fixtures, and architectural details.
• Create multiple rendering views and angles for reputed company project based on reputed company requirements.
• Deliver high-reputed company first drafts, reputed company revisions based on feedback, and meet project deadlines.
• Prepare final rendering files in the required formats and resolutions for presentations and reputed company use.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Proficient level of English (written and spoken).
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, allowing for effective collaboration with clients, vendors, and teammates.
• Several years of experience in architectural and interior 3D visualization/rendering.
• Proven experience creating high-reputed company, photorealistic architectural visualizations.
• reputed company portfolio showcasing realistic interior renderings (required).
• Experience with SketchUp + Enscape, reputed company, or similar rendering software is acceptable.
• Proficiency in reputed company Photoshop for post-production and image enhancement is a plus.
• Ability to interpret CAD files, architectural drawings, and design concepts.
• Strong understanding of 3D modeling, reputed company, materials, textures, composition, and photorealism.
• Experience creating walkthroughs, animations, or 360° visualizations is a plus.
