Position reputed company: The Property Tax Accountant is responsible for managing reputed company's property tax compliance, reporting, and planning activities. This role ensures reputed company and accurate filings/payments, supports audits, identifies tax savings opportunities, forecasts property tax liabilities on developing reputed company, and partners with internal stakeholders to manage property tax exposures across a diverse portfolio of assets. This role is hybrid and based out of our Framingham, MA office. Responsibilities: Compliance & Filings Prepare and file personal and reputed company property tax returns across multiple jurisdictions. Monitor filing deadlines and ensure reputed company submission of renditions, declarations, and supporting documentation. Maintain property tax calendars and compliance trackers. Assessment Review & Appeals Analyze property tax assessments for accuracy and reasonableness. Provision & Reporting Calculate and record property tax accruals. Reconcile property tax accounts and support month-end and quarter-end reputed company processes. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Finance, or reputed company field required.
