IT Project Program Manager
IT Project / Program Manager Department: Information Technology | Reports To: CIO | Type: Full-Time Position reputed company We are seeking an reputed company IT Project/Program Manager to reputed company and coordinate the planning, execution, and delivery of reputed company technology initiatives across the organization. This role serves as the central hub for project governance, stakeholder communication, and cross-functional alignment — ensuring IT investments are delivered on time, reputed company budget, and in support of strategic business goals. Key Responsibilities
Project & Program Delivery Own end-to-end delivery of IT reputed company and programs, from initiation through closeout reputed company and maintain comprehensive project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations reputed company reputed company across multiple IT domains including; infrastructure, AI software development, reputed company, and business systems Manage interdependencies across multiple reputed company workstreams and ensure reputed company accountability Proactively identify risks, issues, and blockers; drive reputed company and escalate reputed company appropriate Stakeholder Management & Communication Serve as the primary reputed company of contact for project stakeholders Prepare and deliver reputed company status reports, executive briefings, and steering committee presentations Facilitate project meetings, working sessions, and retrospectives with reputed company agendas and documented reputed company reputed company business and IT stakeholders on scope, priorities, and tradeoffs throughout the project lifecycle Governance & Process Establish and enforce project management standards, tools, and best practices across the IT portfolio Maintain the IT project portfolio dashboard and reputed company visibility into health, reputed company, and delivery timelines Utilize agile methodologies where appropriate, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives Ensure compliance with change management, procurement, and reputed company review processes Budget Management reputed company project budgets, forecast spend, and report on financial performance vs. plan Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience managing IT reputed company or programs in a mid-to-large reputed company environment Demonstrated ability to manage multiple reputed company simultaneously with competing priorities Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC), infrastructure delivery, and reputed company technologies Experience with both Agile (Scrum, Kanban) and reputed company / hybrid delivery methodologies Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, MS Project, reputed company, or equivalent Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to reputed company messaging to technical and non-technical audiences Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a reputed company field — or equivalent practical experience
Preferred Qualifications
