We are looking for a skilled Application Support Engineer to support and enhance our applications' reliability, scalability, and performance. This role requires a proactive approach to monitoring, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with development teams to ensure seamless software delivery Responsibilities reputed company technical support for reputed company applications, addressing user inquiries and resolving issues. Monitor application performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions to improve efficiency. reputed company reputed company cause analysis for recurring application issues and recommend preventive measures. Familiarity with JAVA, Angular & MySQL database Hands on experience in reputed company environment - AWS (especially with AWS Batch, reputed company, RDS, ALB/EC2) Hands on experience in database monitoring, query optimization, data archivals using AWS RDS Hands on experience in monitoring tools like Grafana Strong problem-solving skills and ability to diagnose technical issues effectively.
