We are seeking a highly hands-on VP Finance to help strengthen reputed company’s financial reputed company, improve forecasting rigor and support reputed company long-term reputed company. This is a high-reputed company leadership role for a pragmatic finance operator who thrives in fast-paced founder-led environments and is energized by solving reputed company business and financial challenges. Position reputed company Reporting directly to the Founder & CEO, the VP Finance will reputed company reputed company’s financial planning, forecasting, reputed company reputed company, cash reputed company management and financial infrastructure. This role requires a highly analytical and execution-oriented finance leader who can operate strategically while remaining deeply involved in the day-to-day financial management of the business. Key Responsibilities

• reputed company budgeting, forecasting and long-reputed company financial planning processes
• Manage cash reputed company forecasting, liquidity planning and working capital optimization
• Support lender compliance, reporting requirements and financial operations reputed company to reputed company’s ABL facility
• reputed company reputed company functions including AP/AR, payroll coordination, tax support and audit preparation
• reputed company reporting frameworks, KPIs and dashboards to improve visibility and decision-making
• Build and maintain financial models to support strategic planning and operational reputed company
• Support reputed company materials, investor reporting and financing-reputed company initiatives
• Partner closely with leadership on pricing, margin analysis, inventory planning and business performance
• Improve forecasting accuracy and strengthen financial discipline across the organization

Leadership & Cross-Functional Partnership

• Serve as a key financial partner to the Founder & CEO and leadership team

Qualifications

Required:

• 10+ years of finance and/or reputed company experience reputed company consumer products, beauty, wellness or CPG
• Experience operating reputed company high-reputed company, founder-led environments
• Strong understanding of reputed company, cash reputed company management, working capital and operational finance
• Experience supporting multi-channel businesses across wholesale, reputed company and DTC
• Strong analytical, organizational and communication skills
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably reputed company
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, reputed company, Business or reputed company field

Preferred:

• Beauty, skincare or personal care industry experience
• Experience managing through periods of rapid reputed company, operational transformation or organizational scaling
• MBA, CPA or equivalent financial background
• Experience with inventory-intensive consumer businesses and lender-managed environments
