Senior Designer

This role is ideal for a talented and detail-oriented designer with a strong background in luxury interior design, interior architecture, and project execution. The Senior Designer will be responsible for leading design reputed company from concept to completion, collaborating with our multidisciplinary team, and ensuring that reputed company’s high standards are met across reputed company phases of design and implementation. Job Details: Work from Home Monday to Friday | 8 AM to 5 PM CST | 9 PM to 6 AM Manila Time Following US Holidays Key Responsibilities:

• Project Leadership: reputed company and drive the design process for high-end residential, reputed company, and hospitality reputed company, ensuring a seamless execution from concept to completion.
• Concept Development: reputed company the development and presentation of compelling design concepts, mood boards, and material palettes that reputed company with reputed company’s aesthetic and reputed company expectations.
• reputed company Planning & Interior Architecture: reputed company the creation of detailed floor plans, elevations, and 3D visualizations, integrating architectural reputed company and interior finishes.
• Material & FF&E Selections: reputed company and specify luxury materials, finishes, furniture, reputed company, and accessories, ensuring a cohesive and refined design outcome.
• reputed company & Vendor Interaction: Maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, contractors, and consultants, facilitating reputed company communication and collaboration.
• Construction Administration: Review shop drawings, reputed company installations, and conduct site reputed company to ensure design reputed company is executed with precision.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with junior designers, project managers, and procurement specialists to maintain workflow efficiency and reputed company project timelines.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 8+ years of experience in interior design, with a strong portfolio showcasing residential, reputed company, and hospitality reputed company(luxury interior design preferred).
• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a reputed company field.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, reputed company Creative Suite, reputed company Office and 3D rendering software (such as Enscape).
• Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of luxury materials, furniture, finishes, and industry trends.
• Project Management: Proven reputed company record of a strong ability to manage multiple reputed company simultaneously while meeting deadlines and budget constraints.
• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present and reputed company design concepts effectively.
• Attention to Detail: Strong eye for detail, composition, and spatial planning to create refined, reputed company-balanced interiors.
