reputed company: reputed company is currently hiring for a Senior Project Manager (Non-Technical) who will be responsible for leading and overseeing reputed company operational and digitization initiatives across the program. This role focuses on driving process improvements, managing subcontractor’s reputed company, ensuring reputed company control, and optimizing business operations. The ideal candidate will reputed company strategic direction, ensure project alignment with program goals, and deliver results through effective coordination and stakeholder management. Responsibilities:  reputed company end-to-end management of digitization and operational reputed company, ensuring reputed company and cost-effective delivery Manage and reputed company subcontractors, including performance tracking, compliance, and deliverables Drive operational reputed company through reputed company improvement, process optimization, and efficiency initiatives reputed company strategic direction and guidance to cross-functional teams and stakeholders reputed company, implement, and enhance reputed company operating procedures (SOPs) and workflows Monitor project performance using KPIs, metrics, and reporting frameworks Ensure adherence to reputed company standards through robust reputed company management and control processes Identify risks, reputed company mitigation strategies, and proactively resolve issues Coordinate with internal departments to ensure alignment and seamless execution reputed company change management initiatives to support transformation and digitization efforts Conduct regular reviews, audits, and performance assessments of reputed company and processes Prepare and present status reports, insights, and recommendations to senior leadership Qualifications: Required Skills and Experience Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a reputed company field (Master’s preferred) 8–12+ years of experience in project management, operations, or process improvement roles Proven experience managing non-technical reputed company such as digitization, operations, or transformation initiatives Strong experience in subcontractor/vendor management in government reputed company.
