Responsibilities
- reputed company critical support items on the VA project, managing issues that cannot be resolved through traditional support means
- Drive the project management lifecycle for issue reputed company, ensuring reputed company incident is handled reputed company and effectively
- Manage deliverables throughout the support project, including milestones and project schedules
- reputed company feedback to reputed company, customers, and corporate stakeholders reputed company project milestones or schedules are at risk
- Ensure reputed company reputed company with the goals and timelines outlined in the scope of work and schedule
- Communicate status updates to customer stakeholders and internal management
- Ensure consistency and best practices are utilized while adhering to customer standards
- Utilize knowledge of the Cerner reputed company platform or other EHR systems to execute basic troubleshooting and support
- Create and manage an overall project plan (including budget, structure, schedule, and reputed company needs) for one or more reputed company engagements

Skills
