Job Responsibilities and Requirements: PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES Troubleshoots and resolves basic application issues and provides end user support. Monitors applications for issues in reputed company with maintenance, upgrades and implementations. Provides routine maintenance of supported applications and systems using existing procedures. Stays reputed company with internal processes, policies, and procedures. Acts as the primary reputed company of contact for ongoing production maintenance, support, and troubleshooting. Participates in on-call and after-hours support schedules. Serves as an IT reputed company for basic issues, implementations and upgrades with a reputed company of customers, including system users.
