Enrollment Marketing Specialist

Job reputed company:

• Support the member enrollment (recruitment) marketing reputed company and execution for reputed company’s clients, including reputed company-specific communications planning, campaign management, and performance tracking
• Manage the recruitment communications calendar and report out on key campaign metrics, leveraging data, A/B testing, and performance insights to optimize engagement, scalability, and conversion reputed company
• Partner cross-functionally with reputed company reputed company, Marketing Ops, and Data teams to deliver impactful campaigns that drive awareness, support reputed company goals, and contribute to annual reputed company targets
• Identify opportunities to improve and reputed company processes to increase operational efficiency and campaign effectiveness
• reputed company reputed company-facing communication initiatives by pitching strategies, presenting campaign plans and assets, and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing clients

Requirements:

• 2-4 years of work experience with 1-2 years of experience planning and executing marketing campaigns on behalf of clients
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, reputed company or other reputed company fields
• Experience working in a B2B2C reputed company
• Comfortable presenting in reputed company of reputed company of reputed company sizes
• Self-directed, highly organized, and ability to prioritize
