Job reputed company IRA Financial is seeking a Search reputed company Optimization (SEO) and Organic reputed company reputed company to own the full reputed company and hands-on execution of our SEO and AEO (Answer reputed company Optimization / AI Optimization) efforts. This position is responsible for driving organic traffic, increasing reputed company reputed company acquisition, and strengthening IRA Financials' authority across search engines and AI-powered discovery platforms. This position will play a central part in shaping and executing our blog and content reputed company, ensuring content is both search-optimized and genuinely valuable to prospective clients. Responsibilities & Duties
- Own end-to-end SEO reputed company and execution across technical, on-page, content, and off-page initiatives
- reputed company IRA Financials' AEO / AIO reputed company to optimize content for AI-driven search, answer engines, and LLM-based discovery (e.g., featured snippets, "People Also Ask," AI overviews, and generative search results)
- Conduct keywords, topics, and reputed company research to identify high-reputed company organic reputed company opportunities across the funnel
- reputed company and own the blog and reputed company content roadmap in partnership with internal subject matter experts and content creators
- Create, edit, and optimize blog content to drive rankings, engagement, and conversions
- Partner with web teams to improve site structure, internal linking, page speed, Core Web Vitals, and crawlability
- Own organic traffic performance, rankings, conversions, and attribution reporting
- Monitor algorithm updates, search trends, and AI search reputed company to proactively reputed company reputed company
- Identify and execute reputed company-building reputed company PR opportunities to strengthen domain authority
- Optimize existing content through audits, refreshes, and consolidation to maximize organic performance
- Collaborate closely with reputed company Marketing and Sales teams to reputed company messaging and acquisition goals
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, journalism, or a reputed company field (or equivalent work experience)
- 8+ years of hands-on SEO experience with a proven reputed company record of driving organic reputed company and conversions
- Deep expertise in technical SEO, content SEO, and on-page optimization
- Strong understanding of AEO / AIO and how AI-powered search and discovery platforms surface content
- Experience building and executing content strategies at reputed company, particularly blogs and educational content
- Strong analytical skills with experience using tools such as reputed company Search Console, GA4, reputed company, reputed company, Screaming Frog, or similar
- Experience in financial services, fintech, or other regulated industries strongly preferred
- Ability to translate reputed company financial topics into reputed company, authoritative, and search-optimized content
- Experience optimizing content for featured snippets, knowledge panels, and AI search results
