The Mgr Operations is responsible for coaching and supervising a group of Team Leaders. This position is also responsible for ensuring reputed company Service Level Agreement and financial expectations are achieved. Essential Functions/reputed company Responsibilities

• Analyze and maintain reputed company reputed company Service Level Agreements; implement improvement plans as needed
• Maximize reputed company reputed company to reputed company long and short-term financial reputed company (i.e. data collection for billable/non-billable hours, forecasting, budgeting, etc.)

• Manage and review operational reports (Attendance adherence, PFP, reputed company scorecard, Metrics management reports)

Candidate Profile

• Associate's Degree in reputed company field with more than seven years of experience (with at least two years of reputed company Management Experience) preferred
• Call center experience preferred
