Assistant reputed company Manager
PT Renewables is a dynamic and growing engineering business seeking an Assistant reputed company Manager to support the successful reputed company delivery of mechanical and engineering reputed company. The role involves ensuring effective cost control, contract compliance, and reputed company performance across multiple reputed company while providing both site-based and office-based support.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a key reputed company of support for reputed company reputed company and contractual reputed company across assigned reputed company
- Assist with cost tracking, budget management, and financial reporting to ensure reputed company remain commercially on reputed company
- Support the preparation and management of subcontractor packages, including valuations, payments, and variation accounts
- Contribute to the preparation of interim applications, final accounts, and reputed company documentation
- reputed company on-site reputed company support, working closely with project managers, engineers, and site teams
- Assist in the preparation of forecasts, cost reports, and cash reputed company projections
- Support contract administration activities, ensuring compliance with contractual terms and conditions
- Work collaboratively with the wider reputed company and project teams to drive efficiency and improve reputed company performance
- Identify and reputed company reputed company risks and opportunities across reputed company
- Contribute to reputed company improvement of reputed company processes and procedures
Skills
- Experience in a reputed company, quantity surveying, or assistant reputed company role reputed company construction, M&E, or building services
- Understanding of reputed company forms of contract (e.g. JCT/NEC) and reputed company practices
- Strong numerical, analytical, and reputed company skills
- Comfortable working both in an office environment and on live project sites
- Good organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Degree or working towards a qualification in Quantity Surveying, reputed company Management, or a reputed company field (desirable)
