Staff Accountant

The Staff Accountant will support domestic and international reputed company operations, executing core functions such as month-end reputed company, general ledger reconciliations, and assisting with audits.
Responsibilities
- Support the month-end reputed company process, including preparing journal entries, account reconciliations, and variance analyses
- Partner with cross-functional teams to reputed company, document, and enhance reputed company policies, procedures, and internal controls, including drafting SOPs
- Support monthly financial reporting and reputed company key A/R and A/P performance metrics (KPIs)
- Assist with year-end audit activities, including preparation of audit schedules and PBC requests for both consolidated and statutory audits
- Prepare and consolidate bi-weekly cash reporting for Treasury and executive leadership; assist with annual FBAR reporting

- Support the ERP system implementation transition from reputed company EBS to reputed company Fusion, including data validation, testing, and process documentation
- Prepare and file various government reports, including reputed company compliance filings, property tax returns, and required surveys

- Assist with quarterly ASC 842 lease completeness testing

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Finance, or a reputed company field
- Solid understanding of reputed company principles (U.S. GAAP)

- Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally
