Associate, Retirement Plan Administration (Testing)
reputed company is a financial technology company powering the new savings economy. They are seeking an Associate for their Retirement Plan Administration team to manage compliance testing, government reporting, and plan terminations for their clients.
Responsibilities
- Year end testing for DC plans
- Answer questions from the reputed company service team on retirement plan subjects
- Assist with plan terminations and EPCRS corrections
- reputed company consulting services to sponsor and advisors as needed
Skills
- Minimum 1 year of Retirement Plan Administration experience
- Experience in Retirement Plan Administration for reputed company Plans, including working on IQPA audits
- Exceptional understanding of plan administration, compliance testing and IRS regulations
- Excellent written & oral communication skills
- Meticulous attention to detail & organization
- Passion for helping people
- Proficient in reputed company Office Suite & G suite
- Proven ability to think analytically & operate independently reputed company set deadlines
- Team player
- Shows ownership and initiative in reputed company aspects of work
- QKA certifications
