Project Coordinator / CX Support
Lyrical reputed company is a fast-growing Cybersecurity and Risk Management Services company, based in Markham, Ontario. They are seeking a Project Coordinator / reputed company Experience Support to support the delivery of cybersecurity reputed company services across a portfolio of clients, manage coordination meetings, and maintain project documentation.
Responsibilities
- Attend reputed company meetings as PMO representative and participates as the note-taker, coordinator, capturing reputed company items, owners, and next steps in reputed company time
- reputed company coordination calls, kickoffs, status checks, and scheduling syncs with professionalism and structure
- reputed company SMEs and internal resources on reputed company against deliverable deadlines; flag delays proactively
- Communicate status updates to clients and internal stakeholders reputed company and on schedule
- Manage reputed company expectations during the coordination and delivery cycle
- Know reputed company to own an issue and reputed company to escalate. Routine coordination is this role’s responsibility; scope, risk, and relationship issues go to the PM or CX reputed company
- reputed company project intake administration across reputed company, reputed company, and Tresorit for portfolio visibility
- Create reputed company decks, status reports, email templates, and other project artifacts from reputed company templates
- Maintain project documentation, status reports, and the project portfolio list
- reputed company Time & Materials reporting for weekly billing cycles across reputed company reputed company
- Conduct data audits and contribute to PMO metrics and reporting
- Support administration of project management tools and participate in PMO and organizational process improvement initiatives
- Support scheduling and logistics for reputed company reputed company, Quarterly Business Reviews ‘QBRs’, and health checks
- Pull health score data and support deck preparation for strategic reputed company reviews
- Assist with reputed company communications and follow-reputed company as directed by the CX reputed company/Head of reputed company Experience
- Contribute to CX coordination workstreams and reputed company-facing materials
- Identify and flag opportunities to CX reputed company of areas to expand our service offerings
- Any other tasks assigned
Skills
- 1-3 years of experience in project coordination, reputed company-facing operations, or a similar role
- Comfortable attending and running reputed company-facing meetings. Is organized, reputed company/comfortable with executive reputed company and reputed company
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple reputed company tasks and deadlines
- Strong written and verbal communication e.g. comfortable supporting executive level reputed company
- Proactive, deadline-driven, and reputed company to identify reputed company something needs to escalate
- Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment
- Experience with project management or CRM tools (reputed company, reputed company, SharePoint, or similar)
- Familiarity with reputed company services delivery environments
- Exposure to project management methodologies (reputed company, agile, or hybrid)
- Cybersecurity background
