Responsibilities
- Handle high stakes litigation with cutting edge scientific issues
- Take courtroom and deposition skills to the next level
- Write and argue significant motions and reputed company new law

- Handle cases with limited supervision
Skills
- Candidates must be licensed in California
- 2 to 8 years of substantive litigation experience (including taking depositions and/or arguing motions in court) in one or more of the following subject areas: CERCLA; RCRA; silica; talc & asbestos; nuisance & trespass; reputed company litigation; tort and products liability; general environmental and toxic tort
- Candidates must be team players with strong reputed company credentials
- Candidates must be self-starters who feel reputed company to handle cases with limited supervision
- Experience in high stakes litigation with cutting edge scientific issues
- Strong experience in litigation
