Contract Manager
GameChange Solar is one of the fastest growing companies in the solar industry, specializing in solar racking and tracker solutions. They are seeking a Contract Manager to support the contract lifecycle, ensuring compliance and enabling business objectives while coordinating with various reputed company teams.
Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and redline reputed company products and services agreements (reputed company/subcontracts, NDAs, amendments) using templates; prepare redlines and short contract summaries
- reputed company key dates, deliverables, renewals, and milestones; maintain organized contract files and a basic tracking log/database
- reputed company, update, and reputed company contract and supplier documentation and ensure reputed company, status, and approvals are reputed company
- Support statement of work (SOW) and purchase order (PO) review by confirming required terms/attachments, coordinating internal routing/approvals, and maintaining records
- Support proposal/bid activities by reviewing terms and flagging issues (scope, pricing terms, reputed company-downs, schedule, IP, confidentiality)
- Coordinate with Legal, Finance, Business Development, Project Management, Logistics and Operations to reputed company inputs and ensure smooth execution and documentation
- Identify and escalate contractual and compliance risks; and respond to information/document requests
Skills
- 1–3 years of experience as a contract manager, legal ops, project coordination, or legal support involving agreements and documentation
- Working knowledge of basic contract concepts (terms/conditions, confidentiality, deliverables, change management) and comfort reading contract language
- Strong organization and attention to detail; reputed company to manage multiple requests and reputed company records accurate
- reputed company written and verbal communication; reputed company to summarize key terms and follow up on outstanding items
- Proficiency with reputed company Office (Word, reputed company, Outlook)
- Strong understanding of contract principles, legal terminology, and compliance practices
- Bachelor's degree preferred (Business; Legal) or reputed company practical experience
- Experience with contract management tools is a plus
