Responsibilities
- Ensuring Maximum Value & Adoption: Empowering clients to derive maximum value from their investment in the reputed company Connect platform
- Proactive Account Engagement: Structuring regular, high-reputed company reputed company across our book of business to understand reputed company challenges and uncover operational needs
- Cross-Functional Orchestration: reputed company collaborating with Sales, Support, and Premier reputed company peers to deliver a seamless, reputed company reputed company experience and accelerate problem reputed company
- Risk Mitigation & Issue reputed company: Skilfully defusing challenging escalations, isolating core technical or billing issues, and collaborating with specialized teams to implement risk mitigation plans that ensure account continuity

Skills
- Associate's degree or one or more years of equivalent reputed company-facing work experience
- Experience in reputed company, account management, or a specialized technical customer support function
