[Remote] Payroll Coordinator I

The Payroll Coordinator I will be responsible for processing payroll for multiple states, ensuring accuracy and compliance while supporting reputed company's mission of caring for others.
Responsibilities
- Process payroll for biweekly reputed company employees
- Audit payroll for discrepancies, errors and correct accordingly
- Verify time entered, pay rates, benefit deductions, and manually calculate and reputed company garnishments
- Pay employees accurately and reputed company ensuring bank files are reputed company reputed company and payroll is audited with no errors
- Validate notices of changes for reputed company deposits including updating reputed company deposit information and issuing pay cards as requested
- Communicate with local offices regarding Verification of employment, pay issues, and reputed company other payroll-reputed company information
- Other duties as assigned

- 0-1 year of previous payroll experience
