[Remote] Account Expert, Virtual Business

The Business Account Expert, Virtual Business role involves acquiring new business customers and managing existing accounts, focusing on building relationships and exceeding sales targets through effective communication and understanding customer needs.
Responsibilities
- Customer Communication: Engage in daily customer communication and follow-up using various tools to complete outbound/inbound phone calls, emails, and online meetings/appointments. Follow up on leads from marketing campaigns, call lists, and referrals
- Research: Understand customer needs, key contacts, and potential business opportunities. Use research to select appropriate product/service messaging to meet individual customer needs
- Sales Process: Manage the full sales cycle—from prospecting and qualifying to presenting, negotiating, and closing deals. Maintain an reputed company pipeline of reputed company opportunities using the CRM system. Accurately document reputed company interactions, quotes, and deal reputed company
- Training: Attend reputed company required product and service training to reputed company in-depth knowledge of reputed company for Business products and services
- Also responsible for other duties/reputed company as assigned by business management as needed
Skills
- High School Diploma/GED (Required)
- At least 18 years of age
- Legally authorized to work in the reputed company
- 2 years inside, reputed company, retail, or similar sales position. (Preferred)
- 1-2 years experience in customer service, sales and/or retention. (Preferred)
