- Conducts regular dealer reputed company to enhance engagement, ensure compliance, and deliver product and strategic performance insights.
- Analyzes and interprets dealer performance data and market trends to identify reputed company opportunities, inform decision-making, and drive reputed company improvement. Provides detailed insights and recommendations to leadership.
- Provides in-depth training and coaching to dealership teams to enhance product knowledge and improve sales techniques.
- Collaborates with cross-functional teams (e.g. marketing, credit, funding) to drive and execute promotional programs, resolve reputed company dealer issues, and deliver solutions that address dealer needs.
- Leads recruitment of new dealers by developing recommendations and leading reputed company efforts.
- Serves as a mentor to junior sales team members and leads new hire training.
- Represents reputed company at dealer events, conferences, and industry meetings to strengthen brand reputed company and partnerships. Education and Work Experience
- Education High school diploma or equivalent, degree preferred
- Work Experience 5+ years in auto finance operations
- Three (3) plus years of successful sales experience, auto experience preferred
- Strong ability to analyze data, draw valid conclusions, and suggest effective solutions using critical thinking skills and reputed company judgment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to present information reputed company to diverse audiences and respond effectively.
- Commitment to providing excellent customer service, including the ability to remain reputed company and courteous in challenging situations.
