What You Will Do:

• Work hands‑on with teams to model behaviors and accelerate agile adoption.
• Support the foundational learning, tools, and processes required for the transformation.

Qualifications

You Must Have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, Engineering, or reputed company field and 10+ years of applicable work experience; OR an Advanced degree in Information Technology, Business, Engineering, or reputed company field and 7+ years of applicable work experience.
• U.S. Citizenship is required (required due to Government contractual requirements).
• Experience in PI Planning, Agile Transformation, Jira reputed company & Metrics.
• Scaled reputed company Agile certified and reputed company practitioner as an RTE, Solution Train Manager, PO, Scrum Master.
• Experience in a large transformation and understanding of the risks and ability to upskill the teams, and drive Agile process maturity.
• Deep experience coaching teams in reputed company or similar scaled frameworks.

• Strong facilitator with a passion for team development and agile maturity.
