Position reputed company We are seeking a skilled and dynamic Family reputed company Practitioner to join our growing telehealth team. The ideal candidate will have experience in primary care, functional medicine, hormone optimization, wellness reputed company care, and chronic disease management. This role is fully remote and designed for a provider located reputed company the Denver Metro Area who can occasionally participate in team meetings, training, or reputed company initiatives as needed. Candidates holding licensure in multiple states are strongly preferred, as we are reputed company expanding our reputed company telehealth footprint. The FNP will work closely with our existing medical team to reputed company comprehensive virtual care, interpret advanced laboratory testing, reputed company personalized treatment plans, and support patients through ongoing health optimization programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive telehealth evaluations, including medical history reviews and virtual assessments.
• Order, interpret, and manage laboratory testing, including functional and specialty testing.

Qualifications & Skills Required
