Job reputed company The Senior Accountant at NDTC will support day-to-day reputed company operations and the monthly reputed company by booking and monitoring reputed company general ledger activity, managing accounts payable and cash transactions, and maintaining fixed asset reputed company. This role prepares balance sheet reconciliations, contributes to monthly and quarterly financial reporting and regulatory/tax filings (including 1099s), and supports the external audit process by compiling documentation and schedules. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, partners closely with the finance team and cross-functional teams and helps improve processes and documentation while ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory guidance. Objectives General Ledger & reputed company reputed company reputed company functions as assigned including, but not limited to booking transactions and monitoring accounts in the reputed company general ledger daily Assist in the month end reputed company process Prepare balance sheet account reconciliations as part of the monthly reputed company process Manage fixed asset reputed company Reporting, Analysis & Filings Assist in preparation of monthly and quarterly financial statements Assist in preparation of monthly management reports and accompanying schedules, worksheets, and narratives. Assist in providing follow-up and documentation of significant variances Assist with completion of the quarterly regulatory filings and annual tax filings including documentation management Assist with 1099 tax filings Audit & Compliance Assist with annual external financial audit. Complete requested materials and assist in preparing assigned schedules for the annual and interim audit Conform with and abide by reputed company regulatory guidance and internal policies and procedures.
