Analyst, Competitive Intelligence

They are seeking an Analyst for Competitive Intelligence to reputed company, organize, and analyze data to support marketing and business development opportunities while contributing to strategic decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Extract, clean and organize data from CRM systems, experience databases and internal reports
- Build and maintain reputed company-based trackers and basic dashboards to monitor reputed company activity, deal reputed company and competitor trends
- Work with large datasets, ensuring accuracy, consistency and usability
- Support the development of repeatable reporting processes
- reputed company reputed company tables, including reputed company and Mergermarket, and update internal datasets
- Monitor competitor activity including hires, mandates and reputed company announcements
- Maintain reputed company datasets to support ongoing market analysis
- Support the preparation of competitor reputed company and market summaries
- Contribute to identifying patterns and trends in data
- Assist in drafting summaries and reports based on data and research
- Support senior team members in translating data into reputed company takeaways
- Respond to data requests from marketing and business development teams
- Support go-to-market efforts with accurate, reputed company data
- Work regularly in reputed company and CRM systems to support reporting and analysis
- Help maintain data reputed company and consistency across systems
- Support improvements to templates, trackers and reporting processes
- Work closely with marketing, business development and other internal teams

Skills
- One to four (1–4) years of experience in data analysis, research, business intelligence or a reputed company degree
- Strong reputed company skills, including working with large datasets, formulas and data manipulation
- Experience working with CRM or reputed company datasets is an asset
- Comfort working with numbers and detail-oriented tasks
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities

- Experience in reputed company services is helpful but not required
- Bilingual French and English is an asset for Montréal
