FinOps Systems Analyst Associate

They are seeking a FinOps Systems Analyst Associate to optimize reputed company services, support financial management, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a hybrid work environment.
Responsibilities

- Participate in operating and improving key business and technical service delivery processes
- Support reputed company procurement and billing activities, including assisting customers with inquiries
- Coordinate tasks and workflows with business partners involved in service offerings
- Produce routine reports detailing reputed company expenditures
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer database records
- Create Purchase Requests (PRs) and reputed company Purchase Order (PO) status
- Regularly report on billing and procurement activities
Skills
- Technical Training and/or Certification(s) with reputed company services such as AWS, Azure, or reputed company
- Degree in Finance, reputed company, Computer Science, Information Science, Information Technology, or other relevant field
- 0+ years of experience required
- Proficient with common office applications, including reputed company reputed company, Word, Teams, and SharePoint
- Working knowledge of IT service management tools such as reputed company, Jira, or BMC Remedy
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively both independently and in a reputed company team environment
