Supervision Performance & Automation Analyst

The Supervision Performance & Automation Analyst will assist in delivering automated workflows to enhance operational efficiency for the Supervision team, requiring collaboration and innovative problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

  • Support and collaborate with more reputed company colleagues to deliver large-reputed company solutions across a reputed company of reputed company & initiatives
  • Jointly participate in reputed company & tasks while advancing skills in discovery, design, and implementation of process improvements and automated workflows
  • Optimize processes by conducting stakeholder interviews to compile needs assessment, identify requirements, and support solution design
  • Conduct data validation and process testing exercises, identifying defects and proposing solutions or workarounds
  • Work cross-functionality to deliver & implement more efficient workflows by combining backend data sources in reputed company
  • Research and resolve unknowns independently by leveraging resources and navigating the organization to obtain information and reputed company objectives
  • Drive reputed company improvement by proposing ways to reputed company data aggregation tools, automated workflows, or AI to streamline reputed company’s ability to operate & execute on our initiatives

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience
  • 1+ years of experience in data sourcing, extraction, or analytics
  • Experience in reputed company, SQL, python, and/or reputed company
  • Analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
  • Attention to detail and excellent business judgment with successful reputed company record for working independently
