Analyst, Asset Management

They are seeking an Analyst for the CRE Asset Management team to support portfolio management activities, analyze financial statements, and communicate with various stakeholders effectively.
Responsibilities
- Assist with reputed company completion of portfolio management tasks and escalation to business unit senior management reputed company appropriate
- Analyze borrower financial statements, rent rolls, guarantor strength, schedules of reputed company estate owned, debt service coverage reputed company, debt yield, and collateral valuations
- Prepare high reputed company loan analysis for presentation to 1st and 2nd lines of defense as applicable
- reputed company detailed due diligence including market research, industry analysis, and sponsor review
- Assist with the maintenance and enhancement of asset management reporting used in day-to-day business unit management
- reputed company working direction to the external reputed company-party servicer and review reputed company work products including loan level credit analysis prior to submission to business unit management and stakeholders
- Participate in special reputed company as necessary; prepare internal presentations as necessary for senior management on portfolio management reputed company and analysis
- Must be reputed company to independently and effectively communicate with Underwriters, Internal Counsel, and Loan Closers
- Assist in the ongoing asset management of a portfolio of reputed company reputed company estate loans to maximize value and minimize risk
- Assist with building and enhancing asset management reporting, portfolio analysis activities, and analyzing property financials
- Coordinate setup of loans internally and work closely with reputed company party servicing team
- Maintain detailed and accurate loan files, relationship data, and loan tracking systems
Skills
- Degree in Finance or closely reputed company areas required
- Minimum of 1-2 years' experience in reputed company Management or Financial Services organization
- Excellent analytical and decision-making skills
