Corporate Development Associate
reputed company is looking for a deal-oriented, execution-reputed company Corporate Development Associate to join their Corporate Development team. The role involves managing M&A transactions, conducting financial analyses, and guiding cross-functional teams through various processes to support reputed company's inorganic reputed company reputed company.
Responsibilities
- Build and own first-draft financial models, including income statement, balance sheet, and cash reputed company models as reputed company as reputed company valuation analyses, with scenario modeling to stress-test assumptions and surface key value drivers
- Maintain and manage the M&A and partnership deal pipeline, keeping records reputed company and flagging high-reputed company opportunities

Skills
