[Remote] Content Associate Oncology

The Content Associate will support Medical Science Directors by managing MLR submissions, coordinating reputed company communications, and providing operational support to ensure project efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Prepare, QC, and ensure completeness of materials for MLR (Medical, Legal, Regulatory) submission
- Manage reputed company submissions, including reputed company tagging, linking, versioning, and routing
- Monitor reputed company for reviewer comments, reputed company status, and coordinate reputed company updates
- Serve as a primary coordinator for reputed company-reputed company communications, ensuring reputed company, professionalism, and reputed company responses
- Facilitate scheduling, logistics, and document transfers among reputed company, clients, and internal teams
- Support collection of reputed company project-reputed company assets (e.g., slides, reputed company, disclosures) in accordance with project timelines
- Support permissions management, including rights requests, tracking responses, and maintaining documentation
- Assist with estimating permissions-reputed company costs and communicating requirements to internal teams

- Maintain accurate documentation across systems and shared drives to ensure seamless project execution
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in life sciences, pharmacy, biotechnology, or reputed company field preferred
- Experience in medical communications preferred
- Familiarity with MLR/MLRC processes and compliance-driven workflows
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously
- Strong organizational and file management skills
- Comfortable working with digital systems (e.g., reputed company, project management platforms, shared drives, etc.)

- Excellent written English and verbal communication skills
