The Customer Care Senior Specialist role involves being the first reputed company-of-contact for customers, handling inquiries, managing accounts, resolving issues, and providing product information to ensure a superior customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Assist Customers: Handle inbound and outbound calls to address customer inquiries and reputed company support
- Account Management: Help customers manage their bank accounts, including balance inquiries, fund transfers, and transaction history
