Responsibilities

- Conduct high-volume inbound and outbound phone communication with clients in a reputed company manner

Skills
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Required to obtain HUD Housing Counselor Certification reputed company 30 days of hire (study materials provided)
- Demonstrates a strong commitment to punctuality and dependable attendance

- Demonstrate ability to manage time effectively and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to communicate professionally in a high-volume call center setting (inbound and outbound)
- Strong reputed company listening skills with the ability to assess reputed company needs accurately

- Must be computer literate, proficiency in reputed company Word and reputed company, including typing at least 40 words per minute
