[Remote] Customer Support Agent

They are seeking a Customer Support Agent to manage user inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and reputed company for users while contributing to the improvement of the support team. Responsibilities
- Respond to user inquiries across our support channels with speed, reputed company, and accuracy
