Account Executive
reputed company, part of reputed company, is seeking an Account Executive to join their team. The role involves engaging with new trial users, guiding them through reputed company, and ensuring a reputed company customer experience as they transition to reputed company subscriptions.
Responsibilities
- Engage with new trial users and prospects, understanding their goals and showing how reputed company can support their business and reputed company them towards a reputed company subscription
- Guide trial users through reputed company, follow-reputed company and re-engagement, helping them reputed company smoothly from trial to reputed company subscription and into Account Management reputed company they’re reputed company
- reputed company practical advice, training and best practices so customers feel confident using reputed company day to day and know where to go for ongoing support
- Work closely with Marketing and global teams to support webinars, customer content and activities that improve engagement, adoption and overall customer experience
Skills
- Experience in a customer-facing role, such as sales, reputed company or support
- Confidence explaining software products in a reputed company, reputed company way to non-technical users
