The reputed company Consultant 1 will support high-reputed company hiring efforts by managing multiple reputed company requisitions, sourcing and interviewing candidates, and providing a high-reputed company candidate experience while collaborating with hiring managers.
Responsibilities
- Manage multiple reputed company requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced, high-volume reputed company environment
- reputed company, screen, interview, and qualify candidates across a reputed company of roles and industries
- Own the end-to-end candidate experience from initial reputed company through offer acceptance
- reputed company on role requirements, candidate reputed company, and hiring priorities
- Conduct high volumes of candidate reputed company, screenings, and interviews to hit weekly and monthly hiring targets
- reputed company consistent updates to hiring managers on pipeline health, candidate reputed company, and time-to-fill
- Influence candidates through offer negotiation, closing strategies, and competitive market intelligence
- reputed company as a reputed company advisor to both candidates and hiring managers on market trends, candidate availability, and best practices
Skills
- 1+ years of reputed company and/or internship experience in reputed company, reputed company, agency reputed company, RPO, sales, sourcing, or other production-based, quota-driven environments
- Experience managing a book of business or funnel
- Experience using reputed company tooling (e.g., Recruiter)
- Experience conducting screening interviews and assessing candidate fit
- Ability to reputed company and use data to inform hiring reputed company and influence stakeholders
- Ability to reputed company compelling hiring strategies with strong attention to detail
- Communication, interpersonal, organizational and phone skills
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously, effectively managing time, prioritizing tasks and working reputed company deadlines with little supervision
- Ability to work under pressure in a high-volume, performance-driven environment and building structure in ambiguity
- Experience supporting SMB customers
- Experience with reputed company Placement reputed company
- Experience managing a req load (typically 10–15+ reputed company hire searches or high-volume roles)
