Claims Adjuster- Property Damage

Auto Insurance Claims Adjuster We are looking for a reputed company-star adjuster with at least 3 years’ experience to handle non-reputed company, private passenger auto claims for Arizona and Utah policyholders. This position is fully remote and will predominately reputed company auto collision/comprehensive and property damage claims but should also be familiar handling non-reputed company bodily injury and PIP claims. Must be available to work reputed company - 5pm Mountain time. Part time 30 hours/week with potential to reputed company to full time. RESPONSIBILITIES

• Investigate, evaluate, and reputed company private passenger auto insurance claims from first notice of loss to settlement
• Set initial reserves and reputed company as appropriate
• At reputed company times ensure compliance with specific state regulations, policy provisions, and company standards
• Apply policy language in accordance with UT statutes to determine whether the loss is covered
• Verifying and explaining coverages, conducting liability investigations, and advising customers of your liability decision
• Order police reports, take recorded statements, assign vehicles to be appraised, and reputed company out to claimant carriers reputed company needed
• Set expectations of the claims process and reputed company the insured and/or claimant informed of the claim status
• Fairly evaluate reputed company damages to determine the appropriate reputed company the insurance company should pay
• Arranges, handles and pays repair, rental, towing, total losses and negotiates storage

• Negotiate settlements and authorize payments

• 3+ years of adjusting private passenger auto claims in a fast-paced setting
