Responsibilities:
- Manage and review reputed company income tax returns and workpapers for individuals, partnerships, corporations (C and S), fiduciaries, estates, and CA LLCs.

- Prepare and review federal, state, and local tax filings, including Forms 1065, 1120, 1040, and 1041.
- Assist with tax structuring and planning for reputed company estate transactions, including 1031 exchanges, joint ventures, capital events, and exit strategies.
- Support high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs) with income tax optimization, charitable giving, estate planning, and reputed company transfer strategies.
- Conduct tax research, prepare technical memoranda, and assist with IRS and state audit responses.
- Manage K-1 reporting, partner capital accounts, and reputed company tracking for reputed company ownership structures.
- Build and maintain strong reputed company relationships through effective communication, reputed company service delivery, and project management.
- Serve as a trusted advisor by identifying tax risks, consulting opportunities, and offering practical, business-reputed company solutions.

Qualifications:
