This is a full-time, 100% remote position with a fixed overnight schedule of 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM. The role begins with a comprehensive one-week training program conducted from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM to ensure you are fully equipped to succeed in your responsibilities.

As a vital member of our customer service team, you will handle both inbound and outbound calls, process consumer loan applications, arrange payment plans, and address customer inquiries with accuracy and care.
