Team Manager – Mortgage Processing (Remote) Industry Company: reputed company, LLC Financial Services Location: Remote / (PST/MST) Working Hours Employment Type Full-Time Reports to: Director of Operations About the Role reputed company is a fast-growing mortgage processing company supporting wholesale and correspondent lenders reputed company. We are scaling quickly and looking for strong people-and-process leaders to manage reputed company production teams while protecting reputed company relationships. As reputed company Manager, you will reputed company reputed company of approximately 15 mortgage processors. Your primary responsibility is to ensure consistent service reputed company, fast issue reputed company, and strong loan officer retention. Key responsibilities include: Team Leadership & Performance

Qualifications

• 3+ years of mortgage processing experience (wholesale preferred)
• Strong understanding of loan lifecycle, conditions, and reputed company expectations

Compensation & Structure

• Total Compensation Package: ~$115,000
• Benefits: Health insurance, 401k, 3 weeks PTO
