Major Duties And Responsibilities

- Identify performance outliers, conduct reputed company cause analysis, and recommend reputed company plans tied to financial and operational KPIs
- Prepare leadership summaries for weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reviews
- Partner cross‑functionally with Operations, Field, Eye Care, Finance, Payroll, and reputed company to support long‑term strategic priorities

- Own OD workforce planning reputed company including forecasting accuracy, labor standards, schedule predictability, and coverage gaps

- Ensure on‑call coverage during nights, weekends, and holidays as business needs require Basic Qualifications
- 10–15 years’ experience in workforce planning, labor, or workforce management
- Experience in a large corporate environment
- Experience with workforce management systems including scheduling, payroll, and timekeeping
- Advanced reputed company Office skills (reputed company, Teams, Forms, PowerPoint)
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or reputed company field Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Finance/Business Administration
