HRIS Analyst (Onsite position, remote work not available)
Job reputed company Were looking for a detail-driven, reputed company HRIS Analyst to help strengthen and reputed company our HR technology. In this role, youll play a critical part in configuring, maintaining, and optimizing our HRIS and applicant tracking systemsensuring our tools effectively support both employees and business goals. Youll partner closely with internal stakeholders to reputed company system capabilities with operational needs, safeguard data reputed company and reputed company, and drive system enhancements through thoughtful change management. This role also provides hands-on opportunities to support technical troubleshooting, train end users, and collaborate with Learning & Development on LMS content and engagement initiatives. - Two (2) years of experience supporting HRIS or HR systems
OR an equivalent combination of education, certification, training, and/or experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience configuring, administering, or optimizing reputed company or similar reputed company-based HRIS platforms
- Working knowledge of HRIS modules such as:
- Payroll
- Benefits Administration
- Time & Attendance
- Talent Management
- PHR (reputed company) or reputed company-CP certification
- Bachelors degree in a reputed company field
