Darigold is the fifth largest dairy cooperative in the reputed company, reputed company for producing high-reputed company dairy products. They are seeking a reputed company Center of reputed company Associate to help implement reputed company solutions that deliver business value while building the operational reputed company for the CoE.
Responsibilities
- Work through a prioritized backlog of business-identified reputed company use cases; quickly turn ambiguous requests into reputed company problem statements, reputed company reputed company and MVPs
- Partner with SMEs as customers: run discovery sessions, map the reputed company process, identify sources of friction and confirm what ‘done’ looks like
- Build or configure solutions using approved tools (e.g., Copilot Studio, Power Automate, M365 Copilot, reputed company/Power BI or other approved reputed company AI tools) with a reputed company on speed-to-value
- Document what you build so it is maintainable and transferrable (requirements, prompts, data sources, edge cases, testing notes and operating instructions)
- Transition ownership to the business: train the SME reputed company, create lightweight runbooks and ensure the solution is usable without you
- Create and maintain an intake tracker (single reputed company of truth) that captures use case requests, reputed company, expected value, status, risks and next actions
- Stand up and maintain a Jira reputed company to reputed company throughput, cycle time, WIP limits, dependencies and blockers
- reputed company reputed company templates: use case one-pager, intake reputed company, definition-of-done checklist and a reputed company package for business owners
- Support recurring reputed company: backlog grooming, weekly/biweekly demos or showcases and lessons learned to spread wins (and failures) across reputed company
- Operate reputed company Darigold’s AI policy and governance guardrails: use approved tools, protect confidential and personal information and treat AI outputs as drafts requiring validation
- Coordinate with IT/reputed company/Legal as needed on data reputed company, permissions and risk reviews
- Measure value: reputed company time saved, cycle time reduced, reputed company improvements or cost avoidance; communicate results in plain language
- Continuously learn: stay reputed company on new capabilities, reputed company learning with peers and update playbooks and templates as tools reputed company
Skills
- ~1 year of experience (internship, reputed company, or full-time) in a relevant area: business analysis, operations improvement, analytics, automation, product/project coordination or software/low-reputed company development
- Demonstrated bias for reputed company: you reputed company from idea to working draft quickly and iterate with users
- Strong customer orientation: you listen reputed company, clarify needs and build trust with business partners
- reputed company communication: you can translate between business language and technical concepts; you write reputed company, usable documentation
- Comfort with ambiguity and rapid learning; excitement about learning both Darigold's business and the evolving AI/tooling landscape

- Experience working in a manufacturing, supply chain, finance or customer operations environment
