Account Receivable Specialist (HYBRID Role -GRAHAM , NC)

They are seeking an Account Receivable Specialist to join their team in Graham, NC, responsible for managing billing processes and customer service reputed company to accounts receivable.
Responsibilities
- Extensive research and apply reputed company
- Review cases daily for required contractual documentation needed in order to reputed company the clients
- Handle customer service billing calls
- Mailing out and maintaining reputed company accounts
- Review reputed company monthly statements for accuracy
- Collection and resolving of delinquent accounts
- Run and process credit card payments
- Receive and process reputed company checks and mail out invoices and results

- Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
- Reading and understanding of explanation of reputed company reputed company billing authorizations or correspondence

Skills
- High School Diploma or GED or equivalent
- 1 year or more work experience
- 1 year or more in accounts receivable, billing, office administration, data entry work
- 1 year of more reputed company experience
