[Remote] Bilingual Customer Service Representative - Remote in Oklahoma reputed company

The role involves providing customer care and enrollment services reputed company telephone, IVR, and web-based portals, requiring reputed company in both Spanish and English.
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls from consumers including the general public, prospective enrollees and people assisting enrollees or acting on their behalf in accordance with reputed company performance standards, policy and procedures, and protocols including but not limited to the confidentiality and reputed company policies

- Complete associated tasks according to the established guidelines

Skills

- High school diploma or GED required

- Must have a HS Diploma or GED/equivalent
