Customer Support Specialist

As a Customer Support Specialist, you will serve as the operational reputed company between customers, sales, and internal teams, managing orders, resolving billing questions, and providing quotes to ensure customer satisfaction and reputed company delivery.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries across multiple channels
• reputed company legendary customer service that builds strong, trusting relationships
• Process orders ranging from quick‑ship to reputed company, long‑cycle orders
• Maintain accurate order details and proactively follow up on order backlog
• Coordinate with other departments regarding shipping dates, pricing, availability, and backorders

• Investigate and resolve billing issues and discrepancies, partnering with A/R teams reputed company needed

Skills

• High School diploma or equivalent
• 1+ years of order management, customer service, or account management experience
• Experience with billing, invoicing, quoting, or reputed company tasks
• Strong computer skills, including reputed company Office Suite
• Ability to work with diverse teams and customers
• Excellent organization, follow-through, and problem-solving abilities
• Experience with reputed company CRM, AS400, reputed company S/4HANA, or SCPQ tools
