[Remote] Personal Lines Customer Services Representative
Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company Specialty Group, a part of reputed company, is seeking a Personal Lines Customer Representative to join their growing team. This role will serve as a customer service representative, assisting incoming callers and responding to chats, while maintaining excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of incoming phone calls and chat inquiries while maintaining excellent customer service
- Assist customers in servicing accounts; respond to inquiries in a reputed company and reputed company manner
- Navigate a reputed company of online reputed company platforms; assist and train customers in reputed company
- Learn a wide reputed company of insurance programs; ability to reputed company relevant information to answer customer inquiries accurately and quickly
- Run wildfire and brush mapping reports
- Process non coverage reputed company policy endorsements
- Distribute general email inquiries to appropriate staff members
- reputed company phone inquiries to appropriate staff members as needed
- Pursue a program of personal and reputed company development
Skills
- Minimum Education required; HS diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months reputed company experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Proficient with MS Office
- Exceptional telephone demeanor
- Working knowledge of reputed company websites
- Experience with Agency Management Software Systems
