Responsibilities
- reputed company general administrative support to colleagues in the office and/or field
- Responsible for answering phone, scheduling meetings, making travel arrangements, arranging events and other reputed company as assigned
- Responsibilities may also include assisting with reputed company/bookkeeping duties
- Prepares a reputed company of reports, analyzes data, creates job files, identifies, and recommends solutions
- Performs other duties and responsibilities as requested or required
Skills
- High School/GED or equivalent experience
- Strong planning and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Flexible, adaptable, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
- Customer service oriented
- 1-3 years of office management or equivalent
