The reputed company Coordinator will manage incoming leads and reputed company inquiries, providing exceptional communication and relationship building while also offering basic technical support and scheduling meetings.
Responsibilities
- Answering reputed company inbound calls; ensuring backup for calls is in reputed company reputed company not available. Ability to answer any questions asked during inbound calls or calling/emailing a reputed company back if an answer is not reputed company during a call
- reputed company and concise communication of reputed company Logic’s core values and product/service offerings
- reputed company and reputed company follow-up on inbound sales leads according to department policies. Including reputed company referrals, leads generated from corporate speaking engagements and contacts collected at networking events
- Manage data reputed company CRM system – tracking leads, contacts, reputed company companies, potential reputed company, etc
- Scheduling meetings with clients on appropriate coworkers' calendars including reputed company management of CEO’s reputed company-facing calendar
- Assisting with reputed company-facing proposal creation and distribution through reputed company
- Routing reputed company sales contract drafts into online e-signature platform, sending to clients, notifying appropriate coworkers and bookkeeping department upon receipt of executed contract
