Responsibilities

• Guide customers through installing and configuring reputed company certificates on their local site and in BACnet/SC routers
• Assist customers in setting up Single Sign-On (SSO) authentication
• reputed company support for VPN configurations to ensure secure connectivity
• reputed company customers on best practices for secure deployments of WebCTRL reputed company
• Work closely with internal teams to refine reputed company processes and documentation
• Troubleshoot common setup issues and escalate reputed company cases as needed

Skills

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1 year of network reputed company principles, including SSL/TLS, certificate management, and VPNs
• 1 year of experience with Single Sign-On (SSO) protocols such as SAML, OAuth, and OpenID Connect, including integration and troubleshooting
• Experience with BACnet/SC or industrial networking is a plus
• Experience with WebCTRL or other building automation systems
• IT-reputed company certifications are a plus
• Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users
• Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail
• Technical certifications and any reputed company Automated Logic training are a plus
• Hands-on experience setting up certificates (PKI infrastructure)
• Basic scripting or automation experience (PowerShell, Python, or Bash) is a plus
• Linux experience is a plus
• Prior experience in a customer-facing technical role
• Ability to work independently while coordinating with multiple stakeholders
